I was very impressed with this location. Everything was in order when I arrived. The agent was very friendly and efficient. Done in less than five minutes. The return process was also super easy. The entrance is in the rear alley just off Drake. A service person was there to direct me to a parking spot. He checked the car and I was upstairs at the counter within a couple of minutes. Once again, the process was fast and easy. I will definitely come back here on future visits.

This location is super convenient but the staff are so unfriendly. There was one time where I think there was a substitute from another location and he was so nice. Such a stark difference from the regular employees but otherwise they get the job done. We’ve never had any major issues but the staff just don’t feel welcoming or care. That’s it.

I showed up for my reservation that was booked for 4 o’clock and I was at the rental spot just before 4 and there were 2 women inside and one customer was being served.

I rang the doorbell and knocked they saw me and didn’t even acknowledge me I stood there for 15 mins and refused to open the door even though they were still there

Eventually the woman came towards the window and just signalled at us to go away without even having a conversation

We ended up having to go somewhere else a book a new car because hertz wouldn’t give us the car that we had reserved at the time they allowed us to reserve it for

Avoid at all costs. The worst car rental company to deal with.

They noticed a chip on the sunroof upon the return. Hertz said they'll investigate and let us know before proceeding with anything. A few days later, we get a call from ICBC (which ICBC said there is nothing for them to do). We call Hertz with confusion mutiple times, but nothing. We called Hertz corporation and they said there is no claim associated with the rental and they also can't the Granville store.

Next day, we got an email from Sukh saying our return is late. We replied explaining we already returned the car and asked what is happening with the damage. Without any explanation, Sukh sent us a system generated invoice of almost $2000 for the damage. He also charged our credit card.

Our insurance is asking for an estimate of the damage and vin number. It has been almost a month and still no response from Hertz. We are still charged for the damage.
