Coole Idee - die App funktioniert bloß leider gar nicht. Man konnte das Auto weder auf noch abschliessen..

Mainly, the system works well, notwithstanding occasional hiccups with the App.
However, when you have an issue, any issue requiring some hotline support, you're in for a bad surprise.
Your call will be answered but no support will be given for a very long time of easily an hour (means practically never. Who would have that patience). Simply, because the operators are not up for the task, they might not even find the car let alone the booking or your name. Not exaggerating here.
Advice: If nothing substantially helpful is uttered by the operator within five minutes, cancel your appointment or take a taxi.
