Pick up the car on the B2F (underground floor), the Trust tower. We came here on 31Dec, so it’s quiet.
Toyota rent a car is connect to the Tokyo station. We walked pass the Shangri-La Hotel to the Trust Tower (North)

Not easy to find the lift to B2 but thanks to the previous person who provided guidance here I managed to find it after going around the building.
You will need to go through the entrance opposite to Shangri-La. It looks like a back door and you will then see the Toyota sign on the left walking into that corridor.
Staff didn’t speak very good English but he was trying his best to explain so appreciate it

只能說這是一趟非常差的租車體驗
首先第一我們是兩個大人+1高中生跟一位七歲的小孩，預約取車時間是中午12點，在我們11點抵達時想說可以先讓我們寄放行李於此，帶小孩先去用餐，但是詢問櫃台的服務人員，那位先生連正眼都沒看我，直接拒絕寄放行李，那我們想說那我們就提早半小時取車，那位服務人員算了一下告知我們追加半小時費用是2200日幣，我們也不清楚這樣的收費合不合理，只為了可以趕快取車帶小孩吃飯，所以我們接受了這樣的費用，交談過程服務人員一樣連正眼都沒看我們，我們用的是英文詢問，但他卻用翻譯機翻譯他要回答的話（後面直到他開了金口才知道他是會講英文的。
交車過程他完全沒跟我們核對車子哪裡有擦撞傷，只說了回程時這附近的加油站，需要把油加滿，然後他就一聲不響默默走進他的辦公室，留下錯愕的我們。後來為求自保，我們當下用手機錄影將車子當下狀況給紀錄下來。
直到我們將車子歸還的時間點，當我們把車開進地下室的租車公司，又是那位傲慢的服務人員接待，當車子停好他指定的地方，後座的小朋友們都還沒下車，他就走到左側車門的地方，指著左側車門某一處，用指責的語氣用英文說：這是怎麼回事，這是一個問題！
「我認真覺得真正有問題的人才是你」
還好租車當天我們有用手機錄影才免去這場災難，當我們出示錄影畫面，他居然還跟其他同事用著譏笑的態度假裝沒事，還要求我們再次出示手機畫面看了第二次，連一句道歉都沒有，我真的很難相信這是日本toyota 租車公司該有的服務態度，看了這邊的評論，很多人反應態度不佳，直到現在依然如此，我只能安慰自己想說toyota租車總公司可能不缺業績，也不缺我們這些顧客，我是從台灣網站看到是台灣toyota日本租車公司，網站上可以勾選附帶中文導航，結果這件事情也沒有被發生。
只能說想到這間租車公司租車的人要好好思量一下，建議交車時錄影自保，避免不必要的麻煩
要不是一定要給一顆心，我連一顆心都不想給，真的是非常惡劣的服務態度

From previous reviews, we saw how difficult it was to find this car rental agency so we thought it may help if we provided some additional guidance for future travellers.

The car rental agency is located at B2 of Trust Tower North (not to be confused with Trust Tower Main). There is a lift near the southern entrance of the building that will take you straight to B2.

The southern entrance is located next to a bar. It is nearest to Tokyo station and Tekko Building and located in the center courtyard of all 3 buildings. The entrance is very nondescript but the photos below (taken in April 2024) should hopefully provide some guidance.

Once you enter the entrance, look for the sign that will lead you to the lift and take the lift down to B2.

This method obviates the need to take the main lifts to B1 and then find the other lift that will take you down to B2. If you do find yourself at B1 after taking the main lifts, you have to enter the carpark at B1 and turn left where you should see a lift lobby for the lift that takes you to B2.

Our experience renting a car was generally fuss-free. We were provided with a folder containing useful information about tolls, what to do in the event of an accident, how to deal with traffic fines, etc. The staff members spoke some basic English and were pleasant and helpful.

This was my first time renting a car in Japan, and we chose the Tokyo Station branch because it was close to our home. I’ll admit I was a bit nervous after reading some negative reviews, but I ended up having a great experience.

The location can be a bit tricky to find, so I recommend arriving a little early on your first visit. Luckily, another reviewer had posted clear directions, which were super helpful. We went early on a Saturday morning and had no issues entering the building as guided.

Neither my partner nor I are locals, and I only speak limited Japanese, but we didn’t feel disrespected at all. In fact, the staff member who helped with the rental paperwork was very kind and cheerful. The car had been pre-checked, but we went over it again with the staff to confirm everything, and they patiently answered all our questions about minor scratches (mostly from careless luggage handling). They also gave us detailed written instructions on how to use the car, how to fill up gas, and what to do in case of an emergency. When we returned the car, I even showed them the gas station receipt, but they didn't need it. ( have it on you just in case though)

The car itself was in excellent condition—honestly one of the best we’ve driven, even compared to rentals from bigger brands.

Overall, it was a flawless experience, and we’ve already booked four more rentals with them for the coming weeks!

Finding the store was quite difficult. I would recommend having more signs to post where to find it. Otherwise the car was very good and had no issues. Returned the car back a few hours early and they provided me a bit of a refund which I am grateful for. The location was very convenient.

A little difficult to find with very limited signs. We walked couple of lapses around the building to get to the elevator which brings you down to the basement floor.

The staffs speak good English and were very informative.

The car was in excellent condition. No problem at all.

The return was really simple and staffs were very helpful (unlike those reviews I found here).

My only recommendation is to put up more signs!! Please please please!
