Wir wurden sehr zuvorkommend bedient. Ich kann nur sagen das das Personal (besonders Herr 三浦さん) wirklich alles gegeben hat, um uns kurzfristig zu helfen. Ein Teil der Belegschaft spricht perfekt Englisch, der andere Teil arbeitet erfolgreich mit Übersetzungsgerät. Danke das Sie unserer Familie den Transfer von Nikko nach Kyoto ermöglicht haben! I did not have any prior reservations but was still able to rent a car from them for the next day. The staff was courteous in explaining the details and cost breakdown, and the service was smooth and fuss-free. Definitely an enjoyable experience renting from them.

Toyota Rent a car car rental facility co located with or cobranded with/as Hertz. Fast service. Very great car in pristine condition with a gas station right across the street. Would rent from them again.

The office is a 2 minute walk from the Tobu-Nikko station, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Even with slight language barriers they used accurate translators to go above and beyond to keep me informed and make me feel comfortable. The gentleman guiding me through the car was exceptionally helpful, and gave notes on navigating the local area. I rented at two other Toyota rental locations during this trip to Japan and this branch was the best.

Instead of just booking a car under a general category, I specified a Corolla Fielder and got exactly what I booked! The boot is very spacious and can easily hold 4 suitcases.

While there was a GPS in the car the English interface was limited only to the search function. The manuals provided are in Japanese though certain instructions in the rental folder are in English. Depending on how the destination was entered more often then not the location cannot be found even with a phone number. In the end I used Google map to navigate instead.

The staffs here are very friendly and helpful, though they speak limited English they get by with the help of a electronic translator and explains the rental process throughly.

When returning the car they allowed us to leave our luggage in the office while we go for lunch.

Happy to rent a car with Toyota again!

The service staff at the Station Front Toyota for car pickup were surprisingly lacking enthusiasm. Their cold expressions completely lacked the warmth and friendliness typically associated with Japanese hospitality, leaving a somewhat disappointed impression. It felt like they were in a hurry to get you to sign and hand over the car so they could take a break. Additionally, the car seemed old, and the interior wasn't very clean.

Todo perfecto! Alquilamos el coche para 1 día. El señor que nos atendió nos lo explicó todo genial...las funciones del coche e incluso las señales de tráfico más importantes en Japon. Utilizo un traductor electrónico para ayudarnos a entender todo. A la vuelta, el trato recibido fue espectacular: estaba lloviendo y nos ofreció quedarnos en su oficina hasta que parara de llover, pero quisimos ir a la estación de tren y nos regaló un paraguas para que no nos mojáramos. De 10!! Gracias por todo!!
