Online posted hours are incorrect. One person was taking care of all the customers in the office, so we were left waiting for quite some time, even for things that should be a quick visit. All of the front desk personnel are Army folks. They were professional enough, but having ONE person doing the majority of customer care is a problem.

I will say this first. The virtual line system sucks. I am sure someone got an award for it then left so they did not have to use it. However, the staff there are very helpful and move quickly. Then even helped out the people who have all kinds of issues with registration. To be honest I expected the worst and instead I got the best. Great job with the Sembach staff

All these ladies have terrible attitudes right off the bat from walking in. It seems like find anyway to turn you around especially if your overly nice like I was. The lady with the glasses is the worst she looks at my permission to sale letter and with a smirk says ",anybody could have signed that I wouldn't accept it". I mean it has the bank logo and it was signed by the manager what more do you want lol. Not to mention the ended up finding another reason to send me away after I spent 4 hrs waiting and also the two guys that were in front of me also got turned around it was even one guys day off and he drove from Mannheim they wouldn't take him even after he begged them. I have been here several times and although this was the first time I was turned away and told to go to kapun (which I fully support) 😅 I will never set foot back in that place. If your reading this just sign in really early at kapun like 0700 sit in the queue it's worth it in the end.

Although the App to get a timeslot is the most archaic way to coordinate service and I hate it, once at the window the lady that helped me was fantastic and very polite. Thank you for making my day a little easier.
