The employees here are chill but unfortunately the process is broken. Waited 3 hours for pickup and another 3 to give them their car back. The folks behind the counter were just doing their job, but the rental process here is miserable and stressful so I really can't recommend it.

Always a 3 hour wait so beware if you are planning on working the same day that you get the car. They charged my card for an extra week after I returned the car so be sure to check your account. Also, if you want to exchange the vehicle for another vehicle DO NOT DO IT even if they suggest it because it’s a set up. They will charge your card another 419 even if they say it that it won’t be charged! LIES AND GARBAGE!!!! It doesn’t matter what your receipts say it’s supposedly in the contract you signed. That guy with the dreads tried to put me in a car that was damp on the inside……the entire interior was soaked with water even the inside of the car doors had visible water because the guy who details the car forgot to roll up the windows so rain flooded the inside. I told the guy that I wouldn’t be able to uber with wet seats so he suggested that I drive around with the windows down so the seats can dry. I guess he thought I was BooBoo the Fool. He told me that I had already signed a contract for the car so I had to take it or sign another contract and pay another 419 for a new vehicle. I told him that I wanted to speak with his manager and he said that she wasn’t in that day so I told him to call her in because the vehicle is not drivable. He exchanged the vehicle and told me to just bring it back in that following week. I did not know until my card was charged 3x’s for a car I had for 2’s until Hertz customer service told me exactly what happened and explained why I was overcharged. They could not refund my money because I made reservations and signed for a “damp car” that wasn’t drivable then signed a new contract a drivable car. PLEASE CHECK THE VEHICLE BEFORE SIGNING ANYTHING!!!

I should have read the other reviews before booking at this location. The single star reviews are accurate. Reservations don’t mean anything here. I waited three hours to find out there were no cars available. In those three hours I only saw one other person actually leave with a car.

Worst car rental experience of my life. Over 3 hours of waiting. And I had an appointment. They don't have a phone, and don't honor appointments. When you arrive you will scan a qr code and be put into a queue. It's first come first serve so if you're coming here arrive before the doors open. Otherwise get ready for the longest wait of your life. I have seen faster queues at the hospital. Do not come here

Went to the location multiple times for a reservation for Uber vehicle. Every time I went I literally did a 8hour shift. UNACCEPTABLE when I already had reservations. Literally just picked up a car yesterday & not even 24hr passed & the vehicle need an oil change. Also never pick up the phone. B.S. bus always want there money on time

It’s shocking that Hertz can ignore so many terrible reviews and still continue offering such poor service. Does management even read these reviews? Does anyone in charge actually care about the experience they’re providing? The number of negative reviews is piling up, yet nothing changes. This is not just frustrating, it's a complete failure in customer care and safety. I hope someone in management finally wakes up and takes these complaints seriously because this level of service is unacceptable.

Worst customer service ever, you have to wait for at least 2 hours for both pickup and drop off. And here the service is completely horrible, they never treat Uber drivers like customers. What a rude manager, don’t even wanna talk about her (Kendra).
