Ненавижу их всем сердцем за то что со мной происходит, даже через 8 месяцев после событий, они подпортили мне жизнь.! В этом месте очень сильно воняет резиной, может сложиться так что ваше ожидание составит до 6 часов в очереди, не удивляйтесь этому. Вам могут сдать не подготовленную машину по «ошибке», вас могут обвинить в не толерантности к сексуальным меньшинствам , просто потому что вы не понравились сотруднику. С вас будут снимать рандомные суммы, которые тяжело отследить и будьте готовы к штрафам по любому поводу. Эта компания использует своих клиентов и их данные так что после завершения с вас продолжают сниматься деньги , по «ошибке».

I had a great experience here renting a car for Uber. I explained that I normally drive a Cadillac SUV and I need a good car for Uber Comfort. Luis took me out to the parking lot and showed me all the options available for me. Most of the cars that he showed me were not very clean and I asked him to help me with a good car so that I don't get low reviews. He then showed me an electric Subaru and helped me to adjust my reservation for this type of car. After the paperwork was done, he walked me to the car and sat inside with me and took the time to explain how all the features work since I had never driven an electric car before. I was shocked and surprised that it was a brand new car with only 28 miles. My entire time at this location was about 30 minutes start to finish, including my training on Electric cars. I know they have low reviews here, but there are still shining stars that go above and beyond. Thank you Luis.

Got my Tesla for Uber, and the frist time I got it, was not clean at all, and they told me that I had to return it clean. That makes no sense, the guy said sorry I only had 20min to clean it. The service is long wait time. I was going to exchange it for a other Tesla but it was bad condition then the one I had already so I took the same one I was driving. And they did say there's notting they can do for Receiving my vehicle dirty. Very Bad Service....

Not sure why the rating are low for this location. Been using them for almost 4 years and the service is amazing. Sal, Luise, and Jack are great and have been very supportive on everything regarding my Uber rental experience. I may not be happy with Ubers compensation but these guys are rocking it.

Attention Uber renters: DO NOT use Hertz for ur rental needs. Several months after renting with them I’m still getting bogus bills in the mail. Now I received at $1000+ charging station bill for ONE week rent… planning on taking legal action.

The single worst customer service experience of my life. Uber forces a reservation time, but when you arrive they inform you that they do not use those times. And then you wait. And wait. And wait. I had to go to this office four times in one week because of a mechanical issue and I waited over one hour each time. The mechanical issue was never resolved and the manager tried to charge me for the full week, when I returned the car out of complete frustration. How does ANY business survive with this inexcusable level of customer service? Uber needs to terminate this contract immediately. It is not at all surprising to me that this location has a ONE STAR rating.
