These 2 people here gave me a car that has issue . I told them to change it and they refused. The very same week I took the same car to the mechanic twice and was impossible for me to make money with the car those 2 days.. I wrote them to let them know if I can have another car - they haven't replied me yet since some days now ..
The cat is having issue and I am taking it back to them..
The people working here doesn't care about the customers ? ?. They have no empathy or comprehension about the customer who drives these cars to pick up lyft customer need...

They are not big on giving quality customer service experience. I had a rental contract that expired and they took the vehicle and I still had my belongings in the vehicle. I have been getting the run around. I don’t have my rental agreement information because it was in the vehicle (in case I had gotten pulled over by the police). All I am asking for is my property that was in the vehicle but I’m not getting any help. Whoever Juan A. Barrientos is a horrible manager and isn’t very helpful

Someone needs to call this people out for being rude, malicious and fraudulent.
How is it even legit for them to process a rental deposit and charge an insurance (damage waiver) fee on my card when I had already refused to rent their car on the very same day of my pick up because the rental car was not in a very good & sanitary condition.

I spoke to Lyft about this issue and they went on to throw me under the bus and said that Hertz is an independent rental company from them yet I rented the car using their partnership on the Lyft driver app / express drive platform and to make it worse Lyft is the one that charged my card?!

What is happening in America?! So much corruption going on and you would think in America is where justice prevails only for such erroneous activities to be conducted by such big companies names / brands as Lyft and Hertz.

If there was a zero rating I for sure would apply it for this is unacceptable and unprofessional conduct.
Nobody should ever go through this experience in the name of this bogus rental partnership between Lyft & Hertz.

I have no regrets exposing this crucial details of my private transactions to the public just to make it aware to anyone wanting to rent at this place to be informed of the rot going on and If they want to rent via Lyft at this location be sure to be ready for a back and forth with them.

Juan and Jake are really great. Juan has made sure I have had a solid car to drive and hasn’t let me down, I couldn’t be happier with them. There is usually a long wait, but it’s not because people are sitting around being lazy it’s because they are constantly bringing in cars for us and dealing with 10+ drivers in the waiting room from the time they open til they time they close.
Unfortunately, some of the drivers really treat these cars like trash. I have been fortunate with my vehicle, but some drivers clearly don’t care about these cars and I know that must make it hard to keep quality cars in stock for us. I’m very fortunate and grateful for the vehicle I have and I’ll keep it for as long as possible!

When I got there a lady was complaining about the electrical vehicle she got through Lyft rental program I also went in to get a car through the program the car I was given is the worst car I ever got and they won’t change it until your rental expires am never doing this again through Lyft first of the cars bumper was hanging out on both sides it has a high mileage 98,000 plus miles trust me it’s not worth it they took $350 for security deposit and $340 for the week which is not a problem but I should get good service for my hard earned money

If you’re going to rent for Lyft here I do not recommend it. There are two employees that are competent but, there is another that will lie to you because he is working alone most of the time. I didn’t even have my rental for even a week and it needed maintenance. Good luck trying to find a place that will maintenance the vehicle and also they put your driver account in hold until you get it maintenanced. It took me 3 days to finally get the car maintained then I showed up to the hertz to show the paperwork around 1:00pm and the young man said I could no longer renew because it was already 2pm. It was not even close to being 2. The vehicles they have are all trash and smell horrible. The last vehicle they gave me was a Toyota Corolla. It smelled like marijuana and I could never get the smell out no matter how much I tried. The seats are heavily stained and I believe the person that had the car before me threw up on the driver seat. What I thought would be side money was just a headache and out of the 3 weeks I had the rental I could only drive the car for Lyft for just a little over a week

Hertz rental Company is the absolute worse at dealing with customer relations. How in the hell is it that the Rental Location can’t find the car that their Roadside Assistance team sent for. Even after providing the Rental Record and Case number. It wasn’t an issue when they were taking my $367/week for the past month. Now it’s all of a sudden an issue.

Worst experience ever, long story short they gave me a car that was overheating and took it to a shop and the mechanic told me they had not accepted the invoice. I went multiple times to the store to find a solution and never did. They want me to pay 2 weeks that the car was at the shop and half of the previous week the car was overheating and they still charged. I associate gave me a email of his manager send him 5 email not once did he answer. Tomorrow again I will have to take time out of my day to go and try to fix the problem this is my 6th time going. Tomorrow I’m also putting a claim with the DMV and the district attorney
