All I can say is run! There are many many more options than Wesley Chapel Hertz. Johanny and the front desk is incredibly rude and condescending. I walked in and was told my reservation was cancelled because the car was not available but if we wanted to wait, there may be another car available. We asked to cancel the reservation and suddenly that was no longer an option. I asked for the managers number and was given the number to the office in which, you guessed it, Johanny answered. She refused to let me speak with a manager. She was incredibly hateful and rude. We had to call customer service just to cancel a reservation that was “cancelled” just minutes prior. Went over to Enterprise and left with a car in less than 10 minutes. Enterprise said it happens often with that particular Hertz. Save yourself the frustration and just go to Enterprise.

Had a rental booked with transportation to the store from a service center. Confirmed the travel arrangements and type of vehicle the day prior. On the day, transportation never showed up. After calling I was informed the driver was not in that day and their process isn't to call and inform us that we would not have transportation to the Hertz location. After finding other transportation arrangements, when I arrived at the location, they informed me they didn't have the vehicle we reserved and instead sent me to a separate location for it. In the entire debacle I never even received an apology for the inconvenience and hours worth of wasted time. Some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced.

One of the only places that looked out for me during the hurricanes. Banks and everyone said urrrrr we got your back and still charged interest and didn't help at all (yeah Wells Fargo u garbage)

But this place was good. Didn't charge late fees or anything unnecessary for extending and just things like that. Basically didn't say we understand the hard time and then milk me for every penny like other businesses did.

Ps spectrum and Duke energy were two other greedy fake lying businesses during this time..

I think the customer service is 5 star.My day with Hertz did not start great at first conversation with representatives.Got there on Friday a little early .No cars at the moment. In the last 2 months delt with rental employees who not the best outcome. Andrew was quick to inform me that as soon as 1 comes in .I sat down and waited. Great crew. Ready to help and professional.Thats why I 5 Star this place.Plan on coming back next month.

The overall renting experience was great. The young lady Johanny was very helpful and provided excellent customer service. However, I have been a president circle member for many years and this is the first time that I’ve ever seen Hertz charge almost $3K for a ONE day extension. That is ridiculous & absurd! & it was only an economy vehicle at that SMH

DO NOT GO HERE!!! Run as someone else stated! We made a reservation 2 weeks ago, and today at pick up the District Manager told my husband that they had no cars due to the hurricane. However, he refused to put it in writing. What are they opened for? I had to choose a star in order to write a review but the real rating is ZERO!!

I had some worries about this place, because of low grade opinion @Google.

HERTZ's Stuff were very helpfull. Everything went good, quick. I received full answers on my questions, well explained.

After that, I had no worries with switching cars (just decided to pick up some bigger stuff, that I got before). Simple procedure, no problems at all.

Especially thanks for Ali, very kindfull person.

With sure I will rent a car again with Hertz, if I will need one.

I would give this place a 0* if that was possible. The team there is either rude and disrespectful like on Facebook while helping a customer or clueless. They do not explain everything to you even if you ask there answers are still vague. And what's sad is there's no accountability. The front desk sneered and rolled her eyes and she was allowed...
If there's a problem with the car about maintenance they give you a run around about fixzing it but when you tell them you took care of the problem they speak up and say they do thet here. I warn you STRONGLY if you need a rental look eleswhere.
