I travel internationally, and this is by far one of the best Hertz locations I've been to! The manager Ms. Tonia is one of the most personalable, professional and kind managers I've met! I've watched her handle challenges with grace, while maintaining Hertz policies, that are out of her control. The location is always busy, but her and her staff, balance the lobby, and phones very well!

I rent from Hertz and Thrifty frequently and never once have I ever been told “we don’t wash the exterior of the cars”. After finding water bottles and sign stakes in the back trunk I took it back the next day to get another car. They acted as if I was inconveniencing them.
They then gave me another car and nothing more for the trouble and time they caused me. This car had 3/4 of gas in it and was told by the employee to make sure I bring it back with 3/4. Well I did days later and noticed on my credit card I was being charged approx. $100 for gas. I called and had to state my case to get a refund.
Won’t return to this place.

Attention: The worst customer service i got in United States till date. I booked a car from a third party app and after going there one of the arrogant representative told me they don’t have the car so i have to go another store which is 20 miles away. When i requested him that why not they bring the car here and give it to me. That idiot told me “I told you what i have to tell you” and then he started attending another client as if we were vanished from the scene. He was lucky that i was in a good mood that day otherwise i will make sure that he remembers the day for the rest of his life.

Don’t go there. Don’t go to any hertz rental because if their superior train them with this kind of pathetic customer service then I believe this is not the place you want to get your car rental. Surprisingly i even complained hertz head office regarding this and till date no response from them.

Me and my brother felt so humiliated and neglected that day , i have decided that i will post this review on every hertz rental store location. Because people should know how hertz train there employees.

They gave me a dirty car. The car had dings and scratches on it. I made sure to record it in case they tried to charge me for it. They said they sent pictures to my email and I never received them. I had put the reservation to be a one way and returned in another state. They put for me to return the car at 5pm to a location that didn’t have a Dropbox. When I asked about the time they said I would be okay and that they had a Dropbox. I get to the location and it’s closed so I have to drive 25 extra minutes to an airport to return the car. I get there and they’re trying to charge me extra for not returning the car on time, even though the employees at this hertz made the mistake. I was lucky enough to had made my reservation online, so I had proof that they made a mistake. I don’t think I would ever use hertz again, I had so many problems with the one car I rented.

Up until my most recent visit, I was not a fan of Hertz. Unfortunately, I’ve had horrible interactions with Hertz locations in general but this one was by far the worst. This last trip actually only happened as a result of a mistake because I didn’t realize that Hertz and Thrifty were the same.

Upon entering this location, I was promptly and personably greeted by Tonia. Tonia was very professional but maintained a human touch. She joked with customers, informed us of next steps, and even played with one of the customers child, all while efficiently running her operation. Tonia was also very knowledgeable about their processes and third party sites which allowed her to quickly and reasonably resolve an issue that another customer and I, both experienced.

I’ve not been a fan of Hertz for a long time, but after this most recent visit, I think Tonia and her team may have won back my business.

Whoever hired Mike and the person above him which is a light skin male who wore a hat backwards should be FIREDDDDDDD. Never answer the phone and don’t know how to do their job or accommodate. Anybody in GA DO NOT book here. They gave me a car that smelled like smoke bad tires and just experience overall BADDDD will never book here again

This is the worst place to rent a car through. I’ve rented through Hertz twice. The first time I was given a car that had a dead battery and was told no one else had any cars for me to switch to. I spent a whole day trying to get it fixed. No partial refund or anything was given. Not even an apology. Then the most recent time was a last minute situation. I reserved the rental online and when I went into the store I was told they didn’t have a car for us. That they didn’t know where we reserved it from but they don’t have one. It was through their website with a confirmation number. They then told us that they would have to charge us $70 more a day for a bigger car and then when I told him they needed to honor the price that we were given for the car we reserved, They told us that they didn’t have any cars available. They told us that every car out there was reserved and that if they were to give us one of those cars, then somebody else would be in our same predicament. Meanwhile, my husband heard him tell an older lady that if she didn’t get their insurance and something happened to the car while she was driving it, they would pull up to her house and take her car. Very unprofessional people working for this business and terrible business practices. If I could rate negative stars I would. I will never even give them a chance again and I will be reporting them to the BBB.

This is really a 0 star. Horrible customer service, My Daughter and i went to pick up what was suppose to be a pathfinder but they ended up giving us a kia even though we made a reservation month in advance. The car that they gave was very dirty inside and outside, when we asked if they could a least wash it, we were told that their water hose was not working, we also complained about the tires being very worn which could be dangerous, We were told that those were the original tires and the car only had 29000.00 miles on it so the tires should be fine. We asked for another vehicle and was told they only had one other vehicle and one of the gentleman that was working there was going to take that one. We had a flat tire 1 hour into our trip. At 1:00 am in the morning we had to purchase a tire and we had to have cash to purchase the tire,
4 days later, Upon returning the car to very same Hertz that we picked it up from, I needed to use the rest room, and was told no. I was denied by a gentleman by the name of KJ. i had to run across the street to try to find a rest room, These guys have no customer service skills at all, Why are they working with the public. I AM SO DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!!! I ENCOURAGE EVERYONE TO STAY AWAY FROM HERTZ
