While the manger was great and tried to be helpful but when I showed up at my scheduled pick up time they had no cars. I had to wait close to 3 hours for a car.

This is clearly the fault of hertz over booking and having no reserve. I've never had this problem with other rental companies.

Worst car rental experience I’ve had. Booked for 3pm, and the agent was out getting a car washed so there was no one there. When I called number, agent told me no cars were available that day. Absolutely terrible.

Horrible. I arrived for my pre-booked reservation which was supposed to be $299 and the attendant told me it was $615!!!! What?!?! Apparently, "the rates increase" he said. I refused and showed my confirmation. He finally adjusted it. Then the system showed a charge of an additional hour rental fee, which I also did not request, which I had to tell them to take off also. I finally got the car at the price booked. I had booked a sedan but ended up getting a Yukon. I was traveling alone and am not comfortable with such large cars so I wasn't necessarily happy with the "upgrade" switch either. After looking around the car, I discovered that the entire driver's side headlight was busted, which was not noted and the attendant didn't see (somehow) when he did the walk through. I brought it to his attention. I hope I'm not charged for this. Not a smooth pick up as I had hoped.

Very bad experience. Tried to rent a car here. I reserved it online through Triple A and came in and was told they had no cars. No upgrades, No downgrades, Nothing! They told me we can call you when we get a car in. 2.5 hrs later and nothing. Called triple A and they said nothing they could do and call Hertz back and just cancel my reservation. Do Not Rent from this place. Hertz said there's nothing they can do. Not transfer a car over, couldn't check and see if another location could hold a car for me. Nothing they could do. Terrible experience.

Great experience. I had to wait for about 20 min once I got there because there seem to be only one person running the place, but once he got there everything went very smoothly and I got a great car for a great price. Also the return process was very smooth and fast. Highly recommended

I had a great experience at this location. The car I reserved was not available, but I got a free upgrade.

I think some of the other reviewers should acknowledge that this is a one-person show. The employee has to balance incoming calls, walk-in's, and vehicle prep. This, to me, explains some of the constructive criticism in their reviews.
