Great people! Good cars. I think they should extend their shop timings up to 6 pm and keep it open on Sundays. It's much easier to return the car over the weekend than on Monday.

Horrible experience, and I didn't even get a car! Affirm financing has partnered with hertz, I guess, and I paid through affirm. Affirm gave me a digital CC to pay. After arriving, I had to wait bc Noone was there. Then I was told, "It's a good thing someone canceled, so I have a car for you." Huh.. excuse me? I had a reservation!! There better be a car. Anyway, they tell me i need to pay the security deposit. No big deal, I pull my phone out and say the card is on my phone. They tell me me they need a physical card, not digital even tho, that's how I paid. I day, well, here is my debit card. Nope! That won't work either. It has to be the same card. I say cancel it, and let's just do it all on my debit card then.. Nope! In order to use a debt card, you have to do it 24 hours in advance. Even though i did the reservation a week in advance, and apparently, they do a full credit check in you if they use your debt card. I say just cancel the whole thing, and I'm leaving. He proceeds to give me a pamphlet and tells me to call the phone number on there to cancel. So I call the number 15 minutes after my scheduled time and then I am told that there is no refund because I was late. What!?!?! I was early!!! I'm only canceling bc of them being so non user friendly!!! I ask 5 times to speak to a supervisor before she finally agrees to get me. Puts me on hold for 5 minutes and then says, my supervisor said I can give you the refund. Well, that's the right thing to do here! I still have yet to see my refund tho.. Hopefully they don't steal my money. Don't bother with them!! Go to enterprise! May cost more but will save you many headaches. Oh, while walking the 2 miles to enterprise, I called and reserved a car, picked it up 45 minutes later and used my debt card no problem.

I had the worst experience with Hertz due to the poor service provided by Branch Manager Sandie Wood. She is useless and not helpful at all. I would FIRE her if I were the owner of this store. I had a car accident and was given a small car (Mazda CX-30) as the replacement. I wasn’t happy with this small car and called the branch the next day to request a change. Instead of offering any help, Sandie Wood simply hung up on me after rambling on with nonsense about all Hertz's cars being booked in OKLAHOMA and no availability. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. It’s clear to me that the way Hertz operates, especially in hiring individuals like this, is contributing to its decline. I will never rent from Hertz again and strongly advise others to look elsewhere for car rentals.

I arrived to return my rental, and there was no one at the office (even tho working hours said the place is open) . Waited for 3 hours , contacted customer care, was sent to another location, which happened to be non existent. I had to go all the to OKC to return the rental, have to take a cab back wasting my entire day. Customer care had no answer to why there was no one at the store.

This is picture illustrates the service after the rental you will receive after taking the vehicle. The car was not in good working order and upon return their offer was to take $25 off the rental. Think 5.5 hours of driving in the Oklahoma heat with no air conditioner. Rent with caution and don’t believe anything they say about making it right.

If i could give no stars i absolutely would. They keep attempt to charge my card for $85 even though my rental was back the day it was due. I still havent received my refund. Of course anytime you call the location they refer you to billing and billing refers you back to them. Do you job and give me my refund.

Terrible customer service. They didn’t have the car I reserved (large suv, reserved months prior) and took no extra measures to help me locate it. “We don’t really get those”. We waited (sitting on the floor, as the lobby was full of other guests waiting) over 2 hours with 3 kids to get our car. “Best I can do for you is a van” (without common safety features and with trash in the back seat). When I asked if they planned ahead based on reservations, “it’s just whatever we have on our lot that day”. They advised me to call around to other Hertz locations and try to find it myself, but that it was unlikely. I made well over 100 calls to hertz locations all over the metro with no resolution after a week. Tried to call corporate, but could not get connected with a person after multiple tries. I cancelled my reservation early so I could switch to enterprise. Enterprise had exactly what I needed, waiting for me.

This was my first experience renting, and was unaware of the rules when filling the tank before returning the vehicle. The guy who got me the car failed to inform me that they charge $10 per gallon if you do not refill the tank. He did not mention this until I was there returning the car. I told him I was unaware and could go fill it quickly to avoid unnecessary charges. He told me it was too late as the vehicle was “already in their possession” when I just got there. Definitely will not go back! Inform your customers better! Not all of us have rented before.
