First vehicle we got had a flat the next day, mind you we only drove it home and parked it. When we called them to ask if we could get another vehicle or if they could come fix it, they told us " oh you don't have a tire inflator? then proceeded to tell us to take it to the dealership to get it fixed. No one had time to take it to get it fixed. People work and have things to do. It's their responsibility to make sure their rentals are working properly. They sent over a worker to inflate the tire and we ended up taking the vehicle back.

The second car they gave us was dirty. It had coffee stains as if someone had spilled it and not cleaned it up. Secondly, it had a lot of trash under the passenger seat and car was dusty. They charged me a deposit which to this day i have not gotten back. I called to ask about my deposit and they told me that they charged me a total $63 dollar for gas. They charge $9 dollars a gallon, mind you when we returned the car it was more than halfway full. They charged me separately $13.62, thats 7 gallons of gas even though we returned the car more than halfway full.Every time I call, they either never answer or someone that's not from the office answers and says the office from Dodge is busy. I leave my name, number and they never give a callback.When i called to ask about my deposit they told me they had closed my case and was not able to get back my deposit.
