My company got me a reservation for a rental here today because my work van broke down. I'm hours away from home, and because nobody could answer the phone at this place I ended up walking there from the auto shop, only to find out that they CLOSED EARLY! HOW then did my fleet company get a reservation for this location with you being closed? Also they closed because the person working had to leave early. So you only have 1 employee here!? Worthless. So now I'm stranded!

The front desk employee needs to learn how to communicate with people. She's so obnoxious that I can't believe she is allowed to talk to humans let alone customers. I arrived on time, the doors were locked and lights were off. I had to call the place couple of times before I got hold off her. She started to shout on the call because I interpreted her during something. At the end, I couldn't get the car.

I wouldn't rent from this location ever again.

YOU OWE ME MONEY!!!! Can't say I'm a NO SHOW when you WERE NOT THERE to being with. Where were you? Sitting at home collecting a paycheck when you should doing your job, I think so. NO ONE was at your rental place. No one answer any support numbers. Place was closed before noon, KNOWING you had one more person at noon. You had no problem taking my money but you have a problem with being at work. Because you were NOT ABLE to do your job, now I am without a vehicle.

What y’all can do first is let go of the front desk person that worked on 11/19/24 as they were extremely rude and said that I had an attitude for “not knowing how to open a door” (door was locked) and constantly got on her phone which constantly wen’t off and would distract her. She had the attitude of “I don’t wanna be here right now and you are wasting my time”. My other complaint is that it is such a huge waste of time when they tell me they need the original card to pay for it. I did not have the original card and it was three hours away with no way of getting to me. Considering this is a college town if there is approvable payment along with insurance, then you should just receive the car with no complaints. I don’t understand how a car rental business makes money off of a policy like that especially in college towns where basically everyone is under the legal age (26) to rent a car. It’s seriously wastes time and is in my opinion a terrible business practice. The moral of the story is I am unable to go to class and work without getting an Uber or new car entirely and that is just ridiculous. PARENTS SHOULD BE ABLE TO PAY FOR THEIR CHILDREN IF THEY HAVE NO OTHER WAY TO HELP THEMSELVES. Absolutely disgraceful.

I scheduled a car rental to be picked up Monday. When I arrived via UBER, I was informed they didn't have any more rentals and blamed it on a "Computer Glitch" within their system that does NOT update at real-time from the Hertz app and doesn't flag upcoming scheduled rentals, which should have notified staff on duty that there were more scheduled customers for that day so they could contact them immediately. The representative on duty said that the systems were rarely in sync and that this scenario happens frequently. I was very disappointed and inconvenienced immensely!!! Despite the anxiety regarding this incident, I really appreciated the representative who was kind enough to call one of her driver's to transport me to CLL-Easterwood Airport to locate another rental in B/CS.

The Assistant Manager named Stacy Wilson needs to learn how to treat people. Today she would not rent me a car because she said that I was sick and she did not want to catch it. I have a common cold. She acted as if I were going to give her the cooties or the likes. I will never use Hertz, I'm an Enterprise man.

Absolutely worst place to get your car from if you have morning flight.
Sure as hell you won't get your car even if they have it, when employees are obnoxious to take calls and misbehave but decide not to open doors and work until 8:30 or late

If I could give 0 stars I would! I made arrangements to pick up my car and when I arrived @ pick up time, the place was locked! There was a phone number on the door to call b/c the agent had stepped out "for a moment". I called the phone #, no answer AND the mailbox was not set up!!!!!!!!!!!!!
