Obwohl im Internet steht das heute geöffnet sein sollte, (Dienstag 16:30 Uhr), ist alles geschlossen. Man wird auf die Video Kabine verwiesen. Dort sagt einen der Mitarbeiter dann das er keine Tickets in Ausland buchen kann. Na toll danke für nichts. Jetzt bin ich umsonst hingefahren :(.

Mir ist heute das gleiche passiert umsonst nach Starnberg gefahren wollte Ticket stornieren. Keiner da
über
Internet nicht möglich,
nach telefonischer Wartezeit von 26 Minuten, der Service der Bahn grottenschlecht, das Personal muss es ausbaden nicht mal ein Stern

Reisezentrum innerhalb der Öffnungszeiten einfach zu, kein Aushang, nichts. Kunden werden im Regen stehen gelassen.

Unhöflich, unpünktlich die Öffnungszeiten werden nicht einhalten da die Mitarbeiter auch sbahn fahren und deswegen zu spät kommen man die Ironie
