The rental agency is not at the airport, you have to take a shuttle off campus. The lobby is chaos with a very small area to great just the half dozen people on my shuttle bus (yes, others had to wait for the next shuttle b/c the shuttle can only fit 6-7 people). The people are nice, but I was given a car–not the one I reserved by the way–with low profile tires and I hit a pothole and got TWO flats within a mile from the rental office. So, now I have to pay for two tires, go back to the office, deal with them again, get another car (which is a much less nicer car than I originally paid for), and then got on my way. What a pain. I've rented cars in many, many locations and this was definitely the worst. I don't know how this agency has such good reviews and ratings. Unless I'm crazy or they are paying people to give them good reviews, it doesn't make sense. Save yourself the hassle, rent from Budget or Avis and get your car right at the airport, avoid having to take a shuttle to a tiny, crowded office to get not the car you reserved.

My overall experience with Company rent-a-car center was positive. It has not been the first time that I've used the service. Each time that I've used the service, I have had similar positive experiences.

It may be unfair of me to give this a 4-star rating instead of a 5-star rating, but the reason for it is that as I am mildly disabled, it is very helpful to have someone assist me in getting my bags on board the shuttle. In the past that was always provided. This time, the individual made no attempt whatsoever. I could have been more forceful about asking, as I was only one in five people entering the shuttle, but my bags were wide enough for I could manage it myself. Otherwise, Greek place, including a Starbucks on board.

Everything simple and straightforward. Have used the kiosk. We also had a flat tire and the car was exchanged without any problems. Returns also quick.

Tried to put us in a SUV after saying they did not have the Mercedes C class we had booked. After a couple trips to the back room and a lot of typing our car miraculously became available. Paid £165 out of pocket for a tyre puncture despite coverage. Not my usual Hertz experience.

J’avais réservé et payé à l’avance. Le personnel a été très gentil. Après avoir remis l’auto et passé à la sécurité de l’aéroport, je me suis aperçu que j’avais perdu mon porte-feuille. J’ai retourné chez Hertz, et ils avaient retrouvé mon porte-feuille et l’avais placé dans une enveloppe pour réclamation. Bonne expérience avec eux.
