Don’t risk it with these guys. We just had our reservation double charged and when we called to correct it they said there was a child car seat added and damage liability that accounted for the double charge. This wasn’t us as we were told at the desk it just to hold a deposit. They refused to refund the amount back. Try another one of the companies at the airport but don’t risk it with Avis/Budget here

I had a car booked by my company(for a business trip) on a Sunday afternoon to be picked up from the airport. My flight got delayed with ~3hours, by the time I arrived at the office it was a few minutes past 20:00.

In my reservation confirmation it was written that the office is open until 22:30, however there was nobody at the counter. I waited there for almost 40 minutes, the person at the counter most likely went home.

No support could be contacted at that time, so I had no option but to take the train to reach my destination in time.

Budget now refuses to refund, claiming that the problem is that we haven't filled the flight number (which is NOT a mandatory field, and let's be serious: the main problem here is that your employee left his/her office during working hours while he/she knew that a reservation was still due to be picked up).

Totally unprofessional and horrible customer service.

Best and most kind service ever. I had big problems with Flex to go and Budget tried really everything to help me. Jacob worked 2 hours and used all possibilities to get me a car for my 3 weeks stay with my mom. The nice help made my trip smooth and wonderful, cause of the car I got with the help of Jacob. Thank you so very much. It is so good to know, there are still nice and helpful people in this world.

Very easy to get there, as you go out of airport just across the road. The receptionist very helpful! We book our car tru third party but everything worked smoothly.

Our fully prepaid Reservation was cancelled without any warning and for no reason. No exuses , no any help from the staff. Disaster. Worst car rental ever.

Wow, what a terrible service! They didn't accept my rental voucher and charged me double, saying the broker made a mistake with the voucher.

Nobody was there to check the car on return, just leave the keys in the box. I return home to find an extra charge of about 180 euros, which I then have to phone to chase up and see what the problem is. Apparently a lost or damaged toddler seat, which was returned in the exact same condition it was given in.

They're an absolute bunch of cowboys.

What started as a £150 rental has so far cost around £500. AVOID!

money were booked from my bank account but there was no car upon arrival, now i'm fighting to get my money back. Stay away from this company
