Sehr schlechter Service!
Wir hatten bereits 1,5 Wochen vorher ein Auto reserviert und auch eine Bestätigung bekommen. Als wir das Auto am vereinbarten Tag abholen wollten, war dieses nicht verfügbar! Auch ein Alternativ Auto stand nicht zur Verfügung. Zudem war die Dame sehr unfreundlich und schien kein Interesse daran zu haben uns zu helfen.

WATCH OUT, US service members and their families!

My husband rented a car for us for a week last summer while we visited him in Germany. We inspected the car every day, he returned the car with another service member (witness) after I had left. Both my husband and the witness did the walkthrough and there was absolutely no damage. We got a nasty bill over 1100 Euros for the scratches we did not cause We opened the case with the Attorney General and went through a credit card dispute. SIXT FAILED to provide any TIME-STAMPED photos of the claimed damage and additional evidence. Our credit card company decided in our favor, and SIXT decided to send it to the collection. We'll be contacting the Europe equivalent of Consumer Protection and fight till the end. Stay tuned for the updates!

I was extremely pleased with the services provided by the attentive representatives at this location. I have used other rental agencies in the area, when they were unavailable, but their pleasant dispositions and fantastic rates will always make them my first choice. A++

Got a last minute rental for 3 days. The total was 214 euro. I inquired about turning in a day early and was told I would get back the last day's charge. Since on my contract that was 71 euro I day, I assumed it would be 71 euro less.

However, my card was charged for close to the original price. Upon returning to ask about it, I was told I only got 14 Euros off my bill. I was told the last worker told me incorrectly, yet they did not rectify the situation. Overall the staff are nice but may give you misinformation. Would avoid in the future.

I’ve rent countless times from here, each time was a very easy and quick process. The prices are great compared to other rentals in the economy, as they always have a 4 day special over the weekends/holidays. The staff have a unique and friendly attitude, and it is always a pleasure being a customer with them. They are a very busy business, and can sometimes book all of their rentals during the holidays or leave periods so plan your booking in advance! Remember, it is a rental agency on the base so rentals for missions and TDY will take priority over personal reservations. With that being said, I have noticed they’ve increased their rental capacity significantly since they first opened!
