Ich habe schon öfters Autos gemietet bei verschiedenen Anbietern, aber leider hatte ich eine sehr sehr schlechte Erfahrung mit Sixt. Obwohl ich das Auto über Booking.com gebucht und vorab bezahlt hatte, bekam ich wochenlang nach meiner Mietung regelmäßig neue Rechnungen von Sixt. Die Rechnungen waren alle unzulässig, zum Teil mit Fehlangaben und einfach nicht gerechtfertigt. Dies wurde mir nach Reklamation auch von Sixt zum Teil bestätigt. Hohe Beträge (rund 1100€) wurden mir von Sixt zu viel abgebucht und nur teilweise zurückerstattet. Insgesamt musste ich mit über 30 Mails über die 14 zugestellten Rechnungen diskutieren, ein Aufwand der sich über Monate streckte.
Auch nach vielen Beschwerden wurde ich nicht ernstgenommen und bis heute schuldet mir Sixt 60€.
Fazit: Katastrophaler Kundenkontakt, völlig unprofessionell, es wird mit allen Tricks versucht zusätzlich Geld abzuziehen & falsche Rechnungen die wie Betrug wirken.

Sehr gute Mietstation mit netten Mitarbeitern. Fahrzeuge in sehr guten Zustand. Shuttle zum Flughafen hat unkompliziert funktioniert.

I’d love to give a 5-stars review however I booked small suv but they don’t have car in this segment in the lot. What they only have was BMW and they leave me with only option to upgrade. It was a really nice car I love it but I have to pay extra for the upgrade.

The pick up and drop off process was super seamless. The cars were new and in superb condition. Michelle was also very very kind and helpful. Such a pleasant experience with Sixt!

The workers here are very unprofessional and insensitive to their customers. From the inappropriate language to the lack of human decency to treat their customer with kindness. If y’all want to continue to give business, do better at TRAINING and SUPERVISING these workers to approach situations in a professional manner rather than an acting like you have lack of morals.

The woman staff, (I’m referring to the woman staff particularly there) are very condescending and egotistical. The interaction I had with them (which is why I’m writing this review) was very disrespectful. Blurted out unnecessary language just because I was having an issue with my card. Why make a frustrating situation into something more serious and confrontational?
When you could have just simply…helped me?

Let’s make this clear, without customers business…what is sixt rent a car? Let’s be serious here. This is coming from someone who has rented from you all plenty of times! Don’t burn bridges with customers who invested their MONEY in your business.

And the supervisor there is no help at all!!!. Why are you a supervisor and you can’t even supervise nor mediate a situation?

Why work a job that you know involves
working with people, if you’re just going to act nasty? DO BETTER PEOPLE!!!

Alonso was very nice and helpful when we came to get our car. We used a 3rd party website and chose “luxury” option, and Alonso really took care of us when we were unhappy with what was originally assigned to us. He was very patient and kind. He allowed us to go out and look at the cars we liked the most and priced each one out. The rest of the staff was also very nice and helpful. A special Thank you Alonso for your help, kindness and patience, we will definitely be coming back to you.

Not only were the prices great but the customer service I received was phenomenal. Michelle was super sweet, helpful and extremely informative. Her service made the experience 1000x times better. Even the employees in the car port was super helpful and considerate. Our truck pulled around and looked a little dirty. The attendant in the lot immediately jumped in and gave use a quick car wash before we pulled off. It was an absolutely amazing experience. Sixt has gained a loyal customer

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS SIXT LOCATION! ?

I have been a loyal customer, spending over $2,000+ just days ago, and was treated with absolute disrespect and humiliation when I returned to rent a non-luxury vehicle.

If you plan to use a debit card, AVOID THIS PLACE. Their policies are inconsistent, and their staff is unprofessional and rude.
• Employees mocked customer complaints aloud while I was present.
• One employee insulted me, called me “unqualified,” and laughed in my face.
• The manager ignored my concerns and instead of addressing the issue, kicked me out.

I was left without a rental car, despite spending thousands at this location. This was humiliating and unacceptable.

I have photo evidence of the employee involved and will provide it to corporate upon request.

Save yourself the stress—GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! ?
