When another rental store let us down last minute for the holidays, Justin came through like a boss! Always a great place to rent from. The 15 passenger van we rented was great. Everyone had lots of room. Will be beback.

Renting a car can be a super stressful process but everytime I have had to rent one and getting to deal with Hayley has made it 100% better and no stress at all. Being greeted by her welcoming smile and her knowledge with everything has been fantastic. I have had very bad experiences with other rentals over the years, but I am always taken care of at this location. Thank you Hayley for all your hard work and keeping the cars in tip top shape.

Hayley was awesome!!! She came through in a big way for us at the last minute. She was cheerful, outgoing, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. We highly recommend renting a car through her at the Hertz office in Lawrence, Ks. We would definitely use her again.

The staff here are always friendly. Every time my car broke down, they were very helpful in getting me back on the road. They are easy to rent from, other car rental places want so much information. Hertz just needs a drivers license and insurance. I would recommend them

Lawrence Auto Group is the Hertz rental franchisee in our town. They always do a great job and take care of our needs. Very friendly people to help you. Reasonable rental rates. Great cars.

We were in a tense situation when my friend was needing to get to her daughter a few hours away, and Hertz Lawrence took care of us so well and ERASED the stress. Hayley was so responsive and supportive and professional and our car was dreamy!

Enterprise on the other hand, took our reservation and then waited a half an hour to call and inform us that there were NO cars available!

Your loss Enterprise. Hertz’s prices and availability were better anyways and then Hayleys superb and fast service clinched it. It will be Hertz from now on. Thank you!

I got into accident that totaled my I vehicle. I walked into the Lawrence location and the young lady at the front desk not only assured me she had a car, but had excellent customer service. It is is so hard to find good service these days, but she listened to all my concerns and needs. Renting cars for years, I have never felt more taken care of. Hayley and her boss gave me a brand new Malibu. I will always come here for my rentals. 10/10 recommended.
