Please do not ever rent a car from this location for hertz. I am a hertz gold plus member and never came across so arrogant and worst service at the rental desk. If you are opting for a mid size car they will provide the car with other class like suv or premium car with extra charges. The customer opting for this location will be greeted with conversations like leave it or take it... or I will cancel your reservation. Jim supposedly, from this location can be a bad mouth. There are may locations of other car rentals near this area. Please opt for those but I would recommend not to go for this location and make your day a worst possible one. If you want to really learn arrogance, bad mouth and bad manners this is the place.

Made a reservation days in advance. Show up Saturday morning (today) to pick up and they tell me no cars available and they tried calling me. I show my phone, no missed calls, they say “oh we didn’t have your phone number” so I guess they just lied initially. I asked if they could check availability at other locations (since clearly online availability was wrong since it showed there was still a car available for my reservation), they said no. Totally useless, unhelpful employees just stood their with their blank stare.

Thankfully, Enterprise had a car available so I rushed over and got a car. I’ve had enterprise and National run out of cars before, and every time they’re exceedingly helpful in finding me a location with available cars. Maybe it’s just this one Hertz location staffed by useless unhelpful employees, but to be safe I recommend you just avoid hertz all together.

Overall a good experience. I originally rented a car from Enterprise and had a terrible time with them. Rude rude rude. Hertz made everything better. They got me in a car and out of their office very quickly with little paperwork or hassle. Any time I called with a question they were extremely helpful and quick to answer. The car was relatively new but not pristine... but hello, it's a rental car. I loved the fact that they put an ice scraper in the back seat just in case. How thoughtful! Nothing worse than living in Chicago in the winter and being stuck without one of those!

I called to ask about a charge to my bank account from Hertz rent a car, it took a good couple of minutes for them to answer then i was put on hold. After they took me off hold, Jennifer answers the phone. She asks me for some information about the rental account and i give it to her, so she puts me back on hold. When she returns to the phone she says she cant find the account and asks for more information i just gave her. So needless to say I am starting to get frustrated and i tell her " I just gave you that information" and she responds by tell me I am being RUDE! So i asked her name again and she tells me I'm Jennifer... the Manager here. So i hung up and started to right this review. 2 things Jennifer, 1 It doesn't matter how rude a customer is being, you are to deal with it in a professional manner and 2, claiming your the manager after a customer asks for your name sounds like your trying to intimidate them which is the Worst Costumer Service you could ever provide.
All in all i was not dissatisfied with Hertz just the patients of Jennifer the Manager at this location.

This has just been a stressful situation. Someone from Hertz hit my car and she didn't have any insurance.. I'm now renting a car from them and they said it would be free of charge. Like another reviewer, they charged my but they charged me after FIVE DAYS! I've only had the car for less than a week and there was a charge!! Now I have to go back and forth with them AGAIN. I don't blame these guys as much as the situation but they haven't made my situation any better.

Honestly, stick with Enterprise.

The car I had apparently didn't have an iPass and nothing was discussed about charges until a $33 charge showed up on my credit card. No apology or anything. Not someone I would ever do business with again. Corporate will hear about this because it is unacceptable.

The car was ok, no problems. My issue is that I rented the car for nine nights not ten. I dropped the car off at the San Francisco airport and they told me I was a FEW MINUTES late. I guess a minute late means they can
charge you and extra day at $ 330.00 a day, the weekly rental was only $ 900.00. WHAT A RIP OFF, How can this company have any customers.
