I came here to have a watch repaired for my son. It was his father's who passed away before he was born. I was told the parts were on back order due to covid. I was told as soon as the parts came in they would start the work and call me once the watch was fixed and polished. They didn't have an estimated time because of how things were going surrounding covid. I informed the shop it was sentimental because I wanted to present it to my son for his 18th birthday. My son birthday came and went, no phone call. I went by the establishment with my ticket they looked for my merchandise but didn't find it. They took my info and said the brother has to have it and he would call me. He never did. I went back numerous times and I got the same story, the brother will call. I CAN'T BELIEVE THIS PLACE HAS STOLEN MY SON'S WATCH FROM HIS DECEASED FATHER. The look on his face when I had to tell him they stole it hurt my soul. That watch was the piece to connect him to his deceased father that he never met and these people robbed my son of that. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS ESTABLISHMENT!

Watch repair. Scratched was the bezel and crystal on the side of the 9. I wanted the crystal replaced and gold bezel smooth. They only buffed the thing. I was charged $100. And you can see the scratches.

Before the job they say it's minor, but after they say it was major.

Mike and Ben keep it?. Hands down one of the best and fairest jewelers in the Bay Area. They always go out of there way to get you what you want at the price they can work with the best. Ain't no need to really haggle. Hard to find a jeweler with a good heart..My wife loves her ring. I love my chains!!

Minus one star if I could, bad costumer service!
I walked in to fix a bad job they did on an earring-as I’m walking in a lady is arguing with what seems to be the owner. They are hand in hand trying to force an envelope on each other, then it’s my turn to see her and she lets out her nervousness on me. Not only did they want to re-charge me half of what I payed for their mistake, they had a really bad way of communicating so. Over priced for no reason at all lol, Never going back thumbs down.

Purchased a Christmas gift without realizing it had a badly scratched buckle. I tried returning it but couldn't find a replacement. Brought it into HB Jewelry and "Mike" repaired it in less than an hour. Top notch service for sure!!

Took my promise ring here to get it resize and after 4 weeks it was partially bent from the inside. He gave me a ring similar to it but kept my ring. Still would by jewelry from here but be cautious on the repairs
