Best experience I've had buying a used car. Hertz is a no haggle dealership. The sales price is fixed and more importantly priced accurately. You like the car, here is the price, buy it or not.

The entire process was amazing from start to finish.

My reservation was for 5pm and the itinerary stated this location closed at 6pm I booked through AAA. I got there at 5:15pm and the rental assistant told me he just clocked out and couldn't help me. I asked for a manager he stated the Manager was gone for the day he said there was nothing he could do to help me. I spoke to the older gentleman in sales and explained that the itinerary advertised this location as open until 6pm and on google it states 7pm he shrugged his shoulders and stated you should have been here at 5 like your reservation said "There is no help here for you" is what the extremely unhelpful older not so gentleman said. What kind of customer service is this? I usually rent from Enterprise but AAA advised me of a discount so I decided to try Hertz. Luckily I have a vehicle I can use for this work week but I really just wanted to rent a car because my Company pays for it and I don't have AC in my car. I was also thinking about purchasing a vehicle through Hertz within the next month. That won't be happening! I am happy I was not in desperate need of a vehicle, I also lost $20 ubering back and forth. I would not recommend this place to anyone at all. No compassion, zero customer appreciation and no help. I will gladly take my Company's money and any potential future buisness rental opportunities with me over to Enterprise.

I will never use Hertz for car rental again. Made a reservation ended up having an issue with my card. I wanted to use a different card for my reservation and the guy at the counter acted like he couldn’t be bothered to help me and when I told him I needed to change the card, he said he couldn’t do it through the keys in the drawer and just stared at me so I walked out and went to another car rental company (Sixt)and I was in and out no problem even with a last-minute rental and it was cheaper. And they put me in a beautiful Camry.

Great experience all around!! You guys saved the day after issues we had another rental company which I have also reviewed. After that hell this was like night and day. Great quick service with getting us into a vehicle when we were stuck. From picking us up to getting us on our way! Even when you guys were so busy. You guys even had no trouble extending the rental because the dealership took longer than expected on car repair. I wish we could have kept the sweet car! That Ford Mustang ? was very cool and has all sorts of high end features!!! It really has all the fun stuff! The projection of the logo at night and such definitely gets attention. People really do notice the car even with it being white. I highly recommend this place! The staff is great to work with! Will definitely use you again. Thank you so much for the service.

I had a terrible customer experience. Due to an insurance claim, I was provided with a loaner vehicle that was in horrendous condition. There was a strong dog odor inside, which was worsened by the hot weather in Florida. Every time I opened the vehicle, the heat, combined with the foul smell, made me feel sick every time. I attempted to replace the vehicle several times, but nothing worked out. Overall, this experience was very disappointing, especially considering that I am a President's Club member.

Bought a vehicle from these guys 4 years ago. They did an Experian Auto Check Vehicle History Report. No accidents. I wasn't interested in buying any car if there was one. Someone rear ended me 6 weeks ago. Driver was high on weed. I asked Allstate for a diminished value claim on the car. Denied. I have a copy of the Carfax they just sent me. Seems there was an accident on 3-02-2020. 4 1/2 months "before" I purchased the vehicle on 7-21-2020. It was a rental that was "certified". Talk about shady... and isn't this fraud? Suing them in small claims court is an option. The Pinellas County Courthouse is right down the road... I used to work there for 4.5 years not long ago. I'll start looking for a fraud attorney on Tuesday as well. The car is now near worthless and seriously depressed in value with 2 accidents. Go somewhere else, anywhere else, for your car needs. And also for the folks reading this that "don't know", Hertz, or any dealership in general, is "LEGALLY OBLIGATED TO DISCLOSE" any accidents, and yes, even if the vehicle was sold "AS IS" they still can be sued years later for lack of disclosure "before" the time of sale or paperwork is signed = FRAUD. Lastly, that copy and paste response accomplished nothing but served to prep me to see your butts in court to answer for lying about the vehicle you sold me.

I would very much like a call back from a branch manager Kyle. I could not get through today except to a sales guy named Manny four times and I asked him to have the manager call me. They need help with their phone system and other things which I offered to do temporarily. LOL. My sister is a gold card rental customer and when we come in and get her car there's not a problem there but trying to call them and reach somebody who cares and can help you is a nightmare. At least today July 11th 2023. I've been in some form of customer care for decades and I'm putting the care back into customer care. I've been a real estate agent since 1995 among other things. I will improve my rating if anybody gets back to me. I left my number with Manny.
