I reserved an EV Polestar 2 online for a 7-day trip. Upon arrival at the branch, Michael informed me the reserved vehicle was unavailable. Instead, the only option was a Jeep Compass, which he described as "three grades above" and would cost me an additional $18/day for the upgrade. I explained that had I been informed earlier about the unavailability, I could have made alternative arrangements and that I shouldn't pay for an update that I did not request. Unfortunately, with no other options and most rental locations closing within 30 minutes, I reluctantly proceeded. Michael did reduce the upgrade fee to $10/day.

At the end of my trip, I interacted with Kai and the manager Sean, who were far more understanding and professional. After I explained that I found it unfair having to pay $70 for an upgrade that I did not request, they fortunately refunded the upgrade fee.

I would consider booking through this branch again with Kai and Sean.

This location is closed. A sign in the window indicates that location is closed due to staffing shortage. Employee at nearest location told me it's been closed for months. Hertz phone agent had sent me to this closed location to exchange car. Also, the listing is not updated on Google. It still shows open hours when though location is not a current operating location. It is a closed location. Hertz, please update your computers and Google as well.

Shout to the employee there Isabella. She’s exceptional and goes above and beyond! She even let me know that I had left a tool box in the rental. 10/10 recommend and she deserves a promotion!

I can not start to tell you how unhappy we have been with Hertz. Our personal car was stolen from their lot while we were in their office returning the rental we had from them.

My husband was driving our car to pick me up from returning the rental that I was driving. He locked the car and had the key. Nonetheless less in about 2 minutes our car was gone. The lot at this location should be pretty safe because it is gated and shared with a hotel the Trade Winds.

The response that we had from Hertz was that their camera didn’t show anything and they were sorry this happened. They didn’t provide the police with any camera footage either and they didn’t even comp one day rental. Not a free coupon for a later rental , nothing at all.

Our car was found two weeks later and our identity was stolen from something they found in the car and opened various credit cards on our name.

So would I recommend Hertz in general or this location in particular, hell NO!

Instead use Avis where customers service is 100 per cent.

This location is closed on the weekends, contrary to their posted hours. This does not seem to be posted anywhere online, making scheduled drop-off here impossible.

Did not have vehicle that I reserved. They would not give me refund. I was forced to call hertz corporate.

I am so pleased with my recent experience at Hertz. I was in and out of the door within 20 minutes. The prices are unmatched compared to other competitors. Rent a car BUT you can't pick it up for 24 hrs... Nothing about this mentioned online!
Well that's 23.99 he's too late. Ridiculous
